Hybrid Events

Hybrid events offer great possibilities, but they demand solid technical preparation. To ensure a smooth experience we schedule a full dry run with each remote speaker forty-eight hours before the event. We check their connection, microphone and camera, and help them optimise lighting and framing so they appear clear and professional.

Our system supports up to four remote speakers at once, each in fullscreen with your own branding and clean transitions. Whether it is a conference, board meeting or product launch, your online contributors look and sound just as polished as the people on stage.

Organising an event can feel overwhelming, but it doesn't have to be. Here are the questions most people ask before they search for an AV partner.
1. How early should we bring Rawpower into the process?
As early as possible. The sooner we’re in, the smoother it runs. From the first concept sketch we help shape the story, logistics, and technical flow so there are no surprises on show day. Think of us as your production partner, not your last-minute crew.
2. What kind of events do you actually produce?
Corporate, creative, and everything in between. From leadership summits to hybrid launches and brand experiences. Whether you’re in a boardroom, a theater, or live on stream, we build the full AV story around your goals.
3. Can you handle both live and online audiences?
Absolutely. We design experiences that feel powerful in the room and through the screen. With cinematic camera setups, dynamic lighting, and studio-grade audio, everyone feels front-row, no matter where they are.
4. Do you also take care of the content, like bumpers and aftermovies?
Yes, that’s where we shine. We don’t just capture your event; we turn it into a content library. Think speaker bumpers, recap videos, social reels, and highlight edits that extend the impact long after the lights go out.
5. What if the venue already has its own AV supplier?
No problem, we play nice. We can integrate with in-house AV teams or take the lead. Our goal is to raise the bar, not step on toes. Clear roles, clear comms, one shared mission: make the show look and sound amazing.
6. How big does my crew need to be?
We scale to fit your show with a max of 7 person crew. From a compact 2-camera setup to a full multicam production with a light techs and producer for break-outs. You get only what’s needed no wasted gear or people standing around with clipboards.
7. How do you make sure everything runs on time?
We live by the callsheet but adapt to last minute changes. Run-of-show, technical schedule, cue list,it’s all mapped. Everyone knows their cue, their role, their timing. When showtime hits, you can actually enjoy your own event. And we stay flexible to facilitate changes.
8. What is your preferred presentation software?
We work with all major platforms. Keynote is our personal favorite for smooth playback, but most presenters use PowerPoint and our system handles it flawlessly. We also support Google Slides. Please send us your presentation as early as possible so we can test everything and share tips to optimize visuals, videos, and transitions.
9. Can Rawpower work abroad?
We travel light and smart. Our gear and crew are ready to fly. We’ve produced events in hotels, small build studios and conference centers. If there’s power and Wi-Fi, we’ll make it happen.
